The time has come for IB Club's executive team to pass the torch! This is a perfect opportunity to actively engage in the UBC community, meet people of different backgrounds and cultures, and develop several transferable skills. The club will be electing 3 positions: President, VP External, and VP Internal. Information regarding these positions can be found at the links on the side. Please read over the job descriptions carefully. You will find information regarding the club's structure for next year, timeline for the elections, and questions to guide your election campaign also at the links on the side. Online voting during the IB Club elections is available to all IB Club members. Please submit your nomination for any of these positions by e-mail to president@ibclub.ca. Your nomination should include the following: a pitch (max 500 words) that covers your plans for the IB Club and addresses the election questions (found to the right), your most up-to-date resume, and your e-mail address in case students have any questions they would like to ask you. The deadline for nominations is Thursday, March 11 at 11:59pm. Any questions regarding the IB Club elections should also be e-mailed to president@ibclub.ca. |
