On September 8th 2010, the UBC International Business Club, in collaboration with the Pacific Northwest Economic Conference, will be hosting its second annual First Year event: INCEPTION 2010. A complete evening of Food, Prizes, Icebreakers, and Textbook Sales, we invite you, along with your UBC 2014 peers, to join us in exploring the field of International Business.
This year, we are excited to announce that our distinguished keynote speaker will be Conor Topley, an associate at Unilever and former CUS President.
Conor Topley
A man who has traveled the world for more than a year, studied at the National University of Singapore, hiked through the jungles of Columbia, and worked at an international PR firm in London, Conor Topley is excited to bring back his experience to the members of the International Business Club. Through his vast collection of work and extra-curricular activities, he has taken action to apply unique and rewarding job hunting techniques that have earned him job replacements in places he'd never thought possible. He is creative, fearless, and ready to explore the limitless opportunities that the world has to offer.
